French in the Summer

I put together a simple outfit here of a striped shirt and distressed denim shorts, but then feel into a rut because I felt very bland (not saying that that combination is always boring!). I felt in need of something to jazz up my look a bit. So, I pulled in an accessory that I have been loving lately: the silk scarf. You can wear it so many different ways. My current favorite is to just knot it around your neck. To keep with the french vibe, I threw on a pair of simple espadrilles and some oversized sunglasses.
